Booking & Payment Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 20, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid online services and consultation sessions booked through manjuvarma.com or directly with Manju Verma. Please review this policy before completing your payment or booking.

1. Nature of the Service

Manju Verma provides online consultation and observation-based Wrist Watch Analysis sessions. Because appointment time is reserved specifically for the participant, refund and rescheduling requests are handled according to the conditions below.

2. Cancellation Before the Session

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, contact us as early as possible before the appointment. Depending on the circumstances and slot availability, an eligible booking may be rescheduled to another available date or time.

Important: Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested before the scheduled session begins.

3. Missed Sessions / No-Show

If you do not attend the session at the confirmed date and time and do not provide prior notice, the booking may be treated as a completed appointment slot and may not be eligible for a refund.

Any request to reschedule a missed appointment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

4. Late Arrival

Participants are encouraged to join the session on time. If you join late, the session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time because another appointment may follow.

A shortened session caused by late arrival is generally not considered a reason for a refund.

5. Cancellation by Manju Verma

If a confirmed session cannot be conducted due to an issue on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or time.

If an appropriate replacement session cannot be arranged, an eligible payment may be refunded using the applicable payment method or another mutually appropriate method.

6. Technical Issues

As sessions are delivered online, participants are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the required communication or meeting platform.

If a session cannot proceed because of a technical issue on our side, we may offer a rescheduled session. Technical issues on the participant's side do not automatically qualify for a refund, although reasonable rescheduling requests may be considered.

7. Refund After the Session Has Been Delivered

Once a consultation or Wrist Watch Analysis session has been attended and delivered, the service is considered substantially completed. Refunds are generally not provided solely because the participant expected a different interpretation, perspective, or outcome.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The session is an observation-based educational conversation. No guarantee is made regarding marks, academic performance, learning outcomes, behaviour, decision-making, or any other specific result.

Dissatisfaction based only on the absence of a particular expected result does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same booking, or an incorrect amount was charged, contact us with the relevant payment and booking details. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed for correction or refund as appropriate.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment provider involved. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may therefore vary after the refund has been initiated.

11. How to Request a Refund or Rescheduling

To request a refund review, cancellation, or rescheduling, contact us by email and include sufficient information to identify your booking, such as your name, registered email address, booking date, and relevant payment details.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, booking process, or applicable requirements. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
